1) Why is the weighing prohibited?

A. Check if other items touch the weighing tray;

B. Whether the equipment is calibrated can be calibrated from scratch;

C. Whether there is wind blowing on the equipment;

D. Contrast whether the static weighing and the dynamic weighing are consistent. If they do not match, they can be corrected through "dynamic learning".

2) The removal device does not work?

A. First check whether the power supply is connected normally;

B. The power is normal, and then click the corresponding "remove port" in the fault detection to see if it works;

C. If it doesn't work, check if the right port is selected in Remove Port.

3) Does static weighing differ from dynamic weighing?

The components of the object are in static and winter states, and the weighed results have errors, which can be corrected through "dynamic learning".

4) The conveyor does not run?

A. When all conveyors are not running: check the power supply;

B. In the case where one or two stages are not running: You can check the quality of the motor drive by swapping the motor and the driver;

5) Conveyor problems

A. If the equipment works abnormally or there is a deviation in accuracy and speed, please check whether the consumable parts conveyor belt is cracked;

B. Check the conveyor belt without deflection. If there is deflection, adjust the conditioning devices at both ends until the belt stops without deflection;

6) Accuracy and speed issues

A. Check whether the conveyor belt is cracked or deflected. Such problems can be replaced or adjusted to the normal position before testing;

B. Check the operation interface to see if the parameter settings are correct. For parameter setting problems, you can set the required value from scratch according to the instruction manual. Use the actual measurement product 10 times to check whether the accuracy is stable.

7) Correctly reset after disassembling or viewing the device

After checking the connectors and components removed for inspection, please reset them properly from the beginning.

8) Failure caused by non-equipment elements

It is necessary to carry out a comprehensive review when the power supply is abnormal due to rapid environmental changes, lightning or abnormal voltages, or when the machine is dropped or impacted, and is not a direct cause of incidents in general use.
